How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Sellvia Products (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

It really does work! A significant amount of hair came off. For severely matted hair, comb over the mats MANY times to loosen them up. Take it slow, as going too fast can cause discomfort to the animal. This tool really gets beneath the layers of fur. It will take me several days to remove all the matted hair from one rescue cat, so it's important to take your time and make it a positive experience for your pet. So far, I love this product.
I had an older cat with severely matted hair that I expected I would need to clip to remove. I bought clippers and this dematting comb for future use. However, I decided to try the dematting comb, and it worked! I worked on it a little each day, and boom! I didn't need the clippers after all. I recommend taking your time and getting your cat used to it when they are not matted, then gently touching the matted edges each day. Remember that their skin is already tender due to the matted hair. I highly recommend this tool; it exceeded my expectations.
The combs were highly effective in untangling the knots of fur on my long-haired cat. I proceeded slowly, using short strokes, and successfully untangled the knots without the need for shaving. It proved to be very effective.
This tool was truly amazing; my dog thoroughly enjoyed the brushing, and it removed a ton of hair. I also have an older cat who constantly gets matted, and we've struggled to find a brush that can deal with them. Well, this one did the job! And he wasn't uncomfortable, which was a problem with many other brushes I've tried on him. I'm incredibly happy because I hated seeing him matted like that. Highly recommended!
I have three long-haired cats and have used many cat brushes, some of which were good. This one is BY FAR the best. It removes an abundant amount of dead hair from cats, much more than any other brush I've seen. Plus, brushing doesn't hurt the cats. In fact, two of the three come to me to be brushed. The brush is on the expensive side, but you won't need to look for a better cat brush.
The delivery for this dog comb was quick, and it was exactly as described in the ad. I groom a very curly doodle that mats easily. This comb went through her mats with ease, and she sat perfectly still during her grooming. It is well worth the price and comfortable to use.

I have a long-haired dog who typically doesn't like being brushed. However, she was completely calm with this brush, and it did an excellent job grooming her. She's now soft and tangle-free!
This tool is super easy to use! It helps remove mats and tiny knots, and its size is like a standard dog brush. I've had it for a few months, and it's particularly helpful for curly-haired dogs as it reaches more fur than a regular brush. Overall, it's a 10/10. It gets the job done, doesn't break easily, and is easy to clean. You just brush and take out the hair. With this, you don't need to worry about unnecessary haircuts at the groomers!
I kid you not, at first, my cats were a little wary of what I was doing. However, after using this brush on them, they couldn't stop purring, and one of them rarely purrs. When they see me holding this brush, they chase after me, and they've been a lot more affectionate lately.

I have a long-haired cat who had severe matting issues. I had tried various brushes and tools in the past, but nothing worked as effectively as this tool. While using it, you still need to take your time and have multiple sessions with your pet. For large mats, you may need to work the comb under them and use scissors to cut them out. As a maintenance tool, it's fantastic for removing loose hair from the undercoat, and there's nothing better for this purpose.

For matting that isn't too close to the skin, it works quite well. My cat had a few matted areas on his chest that this comb couldn't handle and will need to be shaved off by the vet. Regular use should help prevent future matting. I wish I had known about this comb sooner.
