How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Sellvia Products (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This mask is a spitting image of the one in the picture and looks fantastic. However, there's an issue with ventilation – it doesn't allow enough air in, making it uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. While I initially considered it for my Halloween costume, the limited airflow makes me hesitant to recommend it for such use. A redesign to improve air circulation would make a significant difference.
The mask exceeded my expectations in every way. I was genuinely amazed by the intricate detail and the quality of the material used. It's definitely a worthwhile purchase and justifies its price. However, I did notice that once I take it off, there's a quite potent latex smell lingering, but I guess that's pretty standard for these kinds of products.
The mask looks fantastic. However, there is an issue with the paint on the eyes being cracked. It's not a huge problem, as I can repaint it. I'll need to modify the eyes for better visibility, enlarge the nostril holes for better breathing, and add a slit in the mouth to breathe more easily and use a straw to drink. I wish there were a more feminine version of this mask. If you have a larger head, the fit might be tight. It's a latex mask, so there's a slight smell, but it's not as strong as some other latex masks I've encountered. Overall, it's a great mask and will be perfect for my Halloween costume.
I wore this alien mask with a hoodie to cover the openings just above the eyes. Without the hoodie, the effect of the mask is somewhat lessened. You have a few options: either paint the skin black, which works well in dark rooms, or just keep the hoodie pulled over the brow. You can't see out of the solid latex black eyes. It's difficult to see out, and I often relied on the nose holes or the brow openings for a glimpse of the outside world. I used this mask as a movie prop, and it worked well, carrying the desired effect. My head size is medium (I wear a medium to large motorcycle helmet), and the mask fit comfortably. Breathing was okay, though as with all rubber masks, it smelled of latex. The color is a medium grey with light grey/white specks. It matches the alien hands well in both texture and color. I wouldn't want to wear this for a long period of time as the mouth is closed, making communication and drinking difficult. But then again, you're an alien and can read minds, so maybe that's not a problem.
