How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Sellvia Products (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This works great. My dog loves it. He hasn't figured out how to use it himself, but it's still a great toy. The noise isn't loud, and actually, the noise is part of the fun. You drop the ball in the toy, hear it rev up, and my dog starts wagging his tail in anticipation. Then it fires the ball, and my guy chases it. Great fun.
This is a very cool idea except for the fact that my grandchildren want to drop other balls into the chamber and other items. So I have not been able to really train my dog to use this as of yet. He catches and retrieves a ball, so all I need to do is spend some time working with him when the kids aren't around.
Every single night for the past couple of years, I've had to throw a ball in the house for my little Brody. He is obsessed with playing with a ball and can retrieve a ball while I watch TV for HOURS. As a Mother's Day present, the kids thought this toy would be a fun change from having to throw the ball myself and let a machine do it. I love the product, and so does my dog. She hasn't quite figured out how to drop the ball in the chute; she looks inside and waits. Adorable.
Living in the northern part of the USA, I like to keep my pup busy when it's cold out. She loves chasing the ball down the hall. So far, I am working on teaching her to drop the ball into the machine. It doesn't make much noise, so that's good.
I have a new puppy with ALL sorts of energy, and I don't always have time to get out to the dog park. Zilla took to this quickly, was able to use it by herself on the second day. It's great to keep her busy and burn some of that crazy puppy energy. It is a little loud, but totally worth it!
My little dog has a burst of playful energy, and she absolutely loves playing fetch. I decided to buy this since she's constantly throwing her slobbery toys in my face in the mornings, lol. So far, she loves it!! She always brings the ball to me, though, instead of into it because she's lazy, lol.

From my point of view, this is quiet, but my dog won't go near it. He's afraid of it. Please don't let my dog stop your dog from trying it. My dog is afraid of a lot of things.
My dog won't return the ball after launch. He will chase it, smell it, and then walk away. My grandkids, on the other hand, love it. It keeps them busy for a while.
I don't know what the stretch is for, but sure, lol! This toy is pretty amazing for its small size. It has three different length settings to shoot the ball. One minor setback is that if the ball you're playing with gets too slobbery and wet, the machine doesn't grip it as well, and it doesn't shoot as far, even on the highest setting. We use it indoors for our pup, so even the low setting is fine. It's super easy to set up, plug in, and go. It's sort of loud, so if your dog scares easily, you might have to train them to get familiar with it, but both our pup and kitten are very interested in the toy!
Oh my, I have a lot to say about this. My dog loves this, she is stubborn and won't put the ball in it by herself, but she is learning. She is very needy and wants attention all the time, and this helps.

Okay, this is the best product I've invested in for my dog. We use it every day in our long hallway, and she is obsessed. It has become part of our daily routine, and it's perfect for big yards (if you have an outlet nearby). OBSESSED!
Excellent little toy. I did not realize the tennis balls are smaller than normal, not suited for large dogs, perfect for smaller/medium-sized dogs.
Works great. I'm trying to teach my dog to drop the ball in. He does okay, doesn't seem to get it, but the cat enjoys setting it off with his paws.
So far, my ball-obsessed dog loves this! Took a week of training to get her to use it without me. As soon as she slobbers the ball, it doesn't shoot well, but still works. Buy more balls to rotate!

The balls are pretty small, so they go under the furniture a lot, but the perfect size for my Frenchie to pick up in his mouth. He loves to play with this all day.

Super easy to use! My dog loves it; she's learning to put it in herself, but I think she prefers when a human throws her ball. I use it inside down a hall, and it actually gets some of her energy out! Would recommend!
It took a while for her to figure it out, but once she did, it was fetch time anytime!! It is a little loud, but would still recommend it to anyone with a little dog that loves to play fetch.
This product is great for larger breed dogs. It is not that great for small dogs because the ball can hit their face. My puppy loved it until she got hit by the ball in the eye. She refused to come near the unit. It's a shame because initially she loved it and was very excited. If you do decide to buy this product, beware that the ball can hit your dog in the eye and can damage the eye.
My dog loves this, although he's too smart to put the balls in himself, so he places them next to it and looks in the hole when he wants to play. It's a good quality toy.
She loves chasing this ball. I bought mini Jong balls to go with this that squeak, and together it's her fave. Can't get her to drop the ball in as of yet. Looking forward to putting batteries in it to take it outside!
