How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Sellvia Products (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I received the dog trainer approximately two weeks ago. Following the instructions, I used it, and now all I have to do is pick it up, and both of my dogs immediately stop. It's extremely effective in stopping barking. I've only used the Ultrasonics feature two or three times. Currently, they respond to my commands without any issues. I absolutely love this device; it works wonderfully.
I purchased this product because I have noisy dogs that bark at everything. I received it on a Friday and used it for the first time that night. I believe I used it 2-3 times over the weekend. When using it, be sure to voice a command as well. I would simply say "stop" when using it, and they would cease barking. Since that weekend, I haven't needed to use it at all. Just voicing my command has sufficed. I'm sure there might be a time when I need to use it again, but it worked instantly. If I just grab it from the counter, my dogs immediately obey. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!
I was initially skeptical about this product, but I've been amazed by how well it works so far – almost too well. My dog immediately stops whatever he's doing when I use it, and I've only had to use it twice on him. It has been particularly useful when I take it to the dog park with me. There was an occasion where an overly aggressive dog approached mine, and using this device stopped him in his tracks. Another park visitor saw what happened and was interested in the device. I wouldn't be surprised if he's already ordered one.
Training my puppy has been quite a challenge due to his high intelligence and stubbornness. After 13 months of struggling to make him stay and come to me for safety, I was willing to try anything.The first time I used it, my puppy instantly obeyed me! I'm very pleased with the customer service I received. It didn't have any effect on my German Shepherd at all. After letting them know, I was promptly given a full refund. This company truly stands by their word. While there's a chance it won't work in 3% of all dogs, it's definitely worth trying because your dog may fall into the 97% for whom it does work.
I purchased this for my neighbor's dogs that incessantly bark at me when I'm outside. I only had to press the button three times, and now when they see it's me, they don't even bark anymore. If you have a neighbor who doesn't control their barking dog, get this, and you won't regret it.
This is an excellent way to correct my dogs' behavior without causing harm. They respond very quickly. I bought it primarily because I have a dog that loves to jump. It corrects the behavior rapidly, and I've only had to use it twice; now, he doesn't jump but instead wags his tail to be petted. I love this device.
This product works amazingly well on one of my dogs at home and helps break her reactivity both at home and on walks. However, my other dog doesn't seem to be affected during walks, but it works great at home. Perhaps she's just too overstimulated when outdoors. Nevertheless, it's still a great product, and I'll continue to use it at home and on walks with our other dog.

I have an inconsiderate neighbor who allows their dog to bark for extended periods. I purchased this dog training device and used it as instructed. While the dog still barks at anything that moves outdoors, a few signals from this device and a quiet command make the dog run to the other side of the house and stop barking when I say "quiet." I no longer need to use the device. I believe this item is worth every penny I paid for it!
The most important thing is that it doesn't harm my fur babies. The directions recommend holding it for up to 10 seconds, but I simply tap it, and it gets their attention. Now, I just say "no" and show it to them, and they stop barking, chewing up my plants, or engaging in other undesired behaviors.
I'm still giving it a 4-star rating, even though it didn't work for our dogs. It initially worked on the first day, but that's about it. However, I can see how this could be effective for most dogs. Could it be because of their size? Our dogs are 85 and 97 pounds, and it doesn't seem to affect them at all. I watched the recommended YouTube video and followed the steps diligently, but still no change. I guess I'll have to try something else.
